This is the Shapify size guide for stockings, the snatched bodysuit and the high-waist tummy tucker, with every measurement in inches. Measure your bust, natural waist and hips, find your size in the chart for the piece you want, and if you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How to measure

  1. Bust: around the fullest part of the bust, over a thin unpadded bra, with the tape level across your back.
  2. Waist: around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. Breathe out normally.
  3. Hips: around the widest part of your seat, feet together, tape level.

Use a soft tailor's tape over bare skin or thin underwear, keep it snug but not tight, and measure in inches. Our guide on how to measure for shapewear at home shows each step.
