Every guide starts from a question customers actually ask us, answers it in the first paragraph, and sticks to what is true about our products: the sizes on our size charts, the features we can stand behind, and our real delivery and returns policy. Shapewear doesn't reduce fat or treat any condition, and the guides say so. Health questions, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery and skin reactions, are referred to a doctor.
