How to apply it

1. Patch test a small strip on your skin a day before.
2. Start with clean, dry skin with no lotion or oil, and place the nipple covers first.
3. Cut a strip, lift the breast into position and run the tape from under the bust up towards the shoulder, pressing as you go.
4. Add a second overlapping strip if you need more hold; round the corners so they don't lift.
5. To remove, soak the tape with oil or warm water and peel slowly in the direction of hair growth.
